Investments
 We offer you to participate in our project «Summer Houses Vodolej», at the area of 15 Ha (our property), at the base of Rilla Mountains. It would include aquacenter with area 0,7 Haq based on the famous Spareva Banya thermal waters. An important advantage is location close to the mountain resosrt «Panichiste» (12 elevators, including cabin and 6-seats, 20 km. routes at elevation 1500…2500 m.). Another advantage — close location to Sofia (75 km., 40 km of them — highway).
Opportunity to participate in the project: we offer land, with area 1 Ha for cottage construction, as part of the whole «Vodolej» project. We provide plan development, construction, communications and realization of completed cottages. Amount of investment based on 1 Ha — from 2,7 to 3,5 million euro. based on the type of cottages.
