Real Estate in Bulgaria

Foreigner can purchase property as any Bulgarian citizen. Passport is required for the transaction and property ownership is a valid reason to receive multi-visa for the owner and owner’s family.

We offer to our clients our own properties:

1. Properties on the territory of the resort club "Royal Club Victoria". This is Elenite, Sunny Beach bay. Resort club is located near a long beach, aquapark, tennis courts, pools, SPA-centre, horse base, surfing-club, medical centre, concert hall, night club, shops and restuarants.

We are financing the construction of the projects "Villa Romana" and "Andalusia-2" at the resort. You can find additional information in the corresponding sections of our site:

Villa Romana — houses and apartments 6 minutes walking to the kilometre long sand beach. Houses are ready and were issued act 16. There are 71 completed houses and 31 more being constructed at the moment, time of completion June 2010 and November 2010. Houses with area 217 m2 are sold as they are or divided into 2 or 4 apartments with areas 108,45 m2, 52,8 m2, 55,6 m2. This is a unique concept, where comfort of living in the low houses is combined with rich infostructure of a good resort.

Andalusia-2 — apartment complex next to the resort’s beach. It’s only 18 steps from the entrance to the sand! All the resort facilities are only steps away! Every apartment in the complex has a great sea view. This project can be considered the best at the Bulgarian coast.

Properties in Panichiste, Rilla mountains, 70 km. from Sofia. This is a unique place: on the lower level, in the town Sapareva Banya a thermal geyser is located. This is a spa resort from the time of Ancient Rome. On the middle level, Panichiste, on the elevation 1200..1400 m. above the sea level, in the pine forest, hotels and several ski-tracks are located. On the upper level, elevation 2100..2600 m. "Seven Rilla Lakes" are located. The area can be accessed by a cable lift. There is a guaranteed snow in the winter and excellent ski experience. Summer offers walking trips to the lakes and waterfalls.

We have three hotels in Panichiste (about 7 hectares in the pine forest), our own ski-track for beginners and a sports stadium. We take care to avoid damage to the beautiful nature of Panichiste in our projects:

Magnolia — apart hotel, in operation for one year. Two top floors of the hotel are apartments for sale. Combination of hotel and private apartments is a guarantee for a good quality of service for the entire year.

Freestyle — apartment complex, consisting of two buildings, near the stadium and lower station of the lift, surrounded by the pine forest. The complex will be ready in the summer 2010. This is a economy project, that allows purchase of good real estate in an excellent location, for a reasonable price.
