Andalusia— 2

On the first line of the club resort «Royal Park» in the Elenite, Sunny Beach bay, apartment complex Andalusia-2 is being constructed. Below - photo from the terrace of the apartment on the 8th floor of the Andalusia-2 building:


Andalusia-2 is the right wing of the Andalusia building (see below), located next to the beach. All 84 apartments have a beautiful sea view, and from the top floors there is a fantastic panoramic view of the sea and forest-covered mountains. Watch the Video about the complex!

As of 30 may 2009 the building construction is completed, see photo below. The complex will be ready for use, with furniture, in may 2010, the next summer season. The location of the "Andalusia-2" can be seen on the next picture (building in the centre):

  

Apart from a rich infostructure of the Royal Park resort, apartment owners in Andalusia-2 have the SEA, as much as it can be enjoyed. In all its beauty — with clear sea air, a refreshing breeze, colourful view, whisper of evening waves and romantic moonlight path…. A great kilometre long sand beach is only 18 steps away from the complex entrance.

As you can see from the resort map, there are no obstructions to the view at the sea and mountains. The building is located in a key location, the best place to access beach and resort facilities. Royal Park is a family resort, there are no night discos in the open or other noisy entertainment that can spoil evening and night rest. On the other hand the resort has many facilities. And what is important, everything is working now, and not just promised to be built in the future:

Apartment owners of Andalusia-2 have access to the resort infostructure:

15. All-inclusive package of the Royal Park resort availabe at discount for the apartment owners of Andalusia-2. Base price of the daily package is 25 euro, discount 15% and for the one month package, discount 20%. The package includes three meals in the restuarants, unlimited drinks and snacks in the bars, umbrella at the beach, entrance to the Aquapark and other services.

In the table below - list of available apartments and prices. On the floor plans: sea — on the left side, this is direction to the south. For example, apartments 26 and 27 face the sea directly, apartments 21…25 — face the east, sea and mountains, and 19, 20, 28..31 — the west, sea and Nessebar.

Apartments are offered ready for use. Furniture and equipment can be ordered at client’s specifications. The apartments are spacious (all rooms have width of 4 to 5,5 meters and halls are - 25..40 m2 !). It is possible to make studio into a two-room apartment and two-room apartment into three-room apartment. At this stage it is also possible to merge apartments, for example to create a five-room apartment with area of 220..250 m2, and each room would have a panoramic view at the sea.

The payment is made in stages, at the pace of construction. The construction status as of June 2009:

Standart payment scheme:

25% at signing of the contract
75% after the completion of the construction and transfer of ownership (May - June 2010).

As you can see from the photos the current status of construction is clearly worth more than 25%. The buyer pays less than seller invested, so there is no risk for the buyer. 

Some of the apartments have photos of the view from them. Apartment 2 is on the first floor, but has an excellent view. Apartments 33 and 34 are the farthest from the sea, but still have a beautiful view.! 

At client’s request in the one-room apartments (studio) a separate bedroom can be made. This is technically possible, because of the large area of the apartments.
